A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING THE COUNTY
ENGINEER OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AS
THE CITY ENGINEER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The County Engineer of the County of Los Angeles
is hereby appointed as the City Engineer of the City of Temple City for
the purpose of performing those engineering functions which may be re-
quested by the City Council, and approved by the Board of Supervisors
of Los Angeles County pursuant to the General Services Agreement or
other agreements between the City and the County.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of May; 1960.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct
