Public hearing:
Ordinance 1993 -10, An Ordinance for Appropriations and Tax Rates, was presented to
Council and read in its entirety by Mayor Harmless. Department budgets were reviewed individually
with the Mayor asking for any and all comments or questions. There being none, Councilor Murray
moved to approve Ordinance 1993 -10 on first reading. This motion was seconded by Councilor
Roach and was carried by an aye unanimous vote. Mayor Harmless declared Ordinance 1993 -10 to
have been passed on first reading.
Council Reports and Comments:
Mayor Harmless distributed the TCI Telecommunications Annual Reports and noted that the
City would set up a Public Hearing concerning cable television.
With no further business, Councilor Roach moved for adjournment. This motion was
seconded by Councilor Miles, was carried by an aye unanimous vote, and the meeting was adjourned
at 8:40 p.m.
