A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES FOR PRESERVATION OF RIGHTS
UNDER SECTION 34333, GOVERNMENT CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Temple City is hereby
authorized to execute, for and in behalf of the City of Temple City, a
contract with the County of Los Angeles providing for the preservation
of rights of the City under Section 34333, Government Code.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of May, 1960.
