JAMES QUINN DAY
WHEREAS, James Quinn was the first Fire Chief of
Riverdale and has dedicated many years of voluntary
service to the community; and
WHEREAS, James Quinn will celebrate his 90th birthday
on September 22;
NOW THEREFORE, I , JOHN KEMPTON, by virtue of the
authority vested in me as mayor of Riverdale, hereby
proclaim September 22 , 1989 , as James Quinn Day in
Riverdale .
