AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR EXTERIOR FENCING AT
GRANT AVENUE PARK
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret ("Borough") is in need of exterior fencing
at Grant Avenue Park.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Borough's Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and advertise for received bids for, or to purchase
pursuant to the State Contract, exterior fencing for Grant Avenue Park.
Adopted this 10th day of September, 2003
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on September 11, 2003.
