WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to amend Resolution 9 -2007 which is known as the
2008 Salary Resolution adopted by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners
of the Richmond Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana, for the Calendar
year of 2008
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary
Department of Richmond, Indiana, that Resolution 9 -2007 for the calendar year of 2008, shall be amended
as follows, and effective retroactively to January 1, 2008.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such salary and hourly rates be provided for, as herein set forth, in the budget
for the Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2008 and ending
December 31st, 2008. In addition to the above salaries (with the exception of Board Members) employees shall be
entitled to the same fringe benefits and additional compensation as set forth within the City of Richmond Policy Manual.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of January 2008.
