RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR SKATE PARK EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") is in need for equipment for its
skate park; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous to obtain bids for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Borough's Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to prepare bid
specification and to advertise for the receipt of proposals for equipment for the Borough's
skate park.
Adopted this 10th day of September, 2003
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on September 11, 2003.
