A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RE CONTRACT
FOR SUBDIVISION SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City
pursuant to the terms and provisions of that wirtten General Services
Agreement dated May 25, 1960, entered into by and between the County
of Los Angeles and the City, does hereby request the County of Los
Angeles to provide through the Los Angeles County Regional Planning
Commission subdivision services of its staff and /or Subdivision Com-
mittee relative to the technical processing of subdivision maps per-
taining to property within the incorporated limits of the City, said
services provided being those required by the Subdivision Map Act
(Chapter 2, Part 2 of Division 4, of the Business and Professions Code)
and as also provided and defined by the City Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. It is hereby requested that the Board of Super-
visors of Los Angeles County approve and authorize the performance
of those terms and conditions set forth in said written General Ser-
vices Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk.is directed to forward a certi-
fied copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of May, 1960.

1 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the city Council of the
City of Temple City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 25th
