MEDINA CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OF APRIL 2, 2010
The City Council of Medina, Minnesota met in special session on April 2, 2010 at 9:00
a.m. at 3839 County Road 116, Medina, MN.
I. Call to Order

City Administrator Chad M. Adams and City Planner Dusty Finke
II. Facility Tour of Intercomp Co. — 3839 County Road 116
The Council and Staff met in the conference room of Intercomp Co. with Billy Kroll and
Connie Olsen (Owners) of Intercomp to discuss Intercomp's operations.
Kroll provided a summary of the company's history, product line, and number of
employees. Discussion of the company's products and business was conducted.
The Council and Staff followed the discussion with a tour of Intercomp's office and
warehouse facility.
III. Facility Tour of Clam Corporation — 600 Clydesdale Trail
The Council and Staff met in a meeting room of Clam Corporation with Mark Pedersen
(CFO/COO), Paul Flesch (President) and Jane Krohn (Plant Manager) of Clam
Corporation to discuss Clam Corporation's operations.
Pedersen and Flesch provided a summary of the company's history, product line, number
of employees, and growth needs.
The Council and Staff followed the company's background discussion with a tour of
Clam Corporation's office space and warehouse facility.
IV. Facility Tour of Tolomatic, Inc. — 3800 County Road 116
The Council and Staff met in a conference room of Tolomatic with Mark Wallace
(Director of Manufacturing) of Tolomatic to discuss Tolomatic's business operations.
Wallace provided a summary of the company's history, product line, and number of
employees.
The Council and Staff followed the company's background discussion with a tour of
Tolomatic's office space and manufacturing facility.
