The remaining provisions of Section 8 -76, shall remain in full force and effect, unchanged.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council approve the above
ORDINANCE 2007 -4
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 -76(a)
OF THE GREENCASTLE CITY CODE
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Indiana that Section 8- 76(a). Heavy Vehicles Prohibited on Designated Streets, of the Greencastle City
Code is hereby amended to include the addition of the following street where it is unlawful for any
vehicle, the combined weight of which load and vehicle, including the driver, is more than eight thousand
(8000) pounds to be driven on the following streets:
STREET
I FRONT
I TO
Avenue F
I Percy Julian Drive
1 590 feet East
This prohibition shall not apply to local deliveries unless otherwise stated herein. Deliveries made to
buildings along Mill Pond Lane shall not use Avenue F, but shall use Mill Pond Lane.
