We are neighbors of Laura Zimmerman and we have seen the drawings for the proposed rear
addition by Peter Sachs Architect. We are writing this letter in support of a Special Permit
application that would provide relief to rebuild the first floor and create a second floor area
above the first floor addition. We believe that the Architecture !sin scale with other surrounding
homes and that the proposed project is not in derogation of the neighborhood.
