I MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, SEPTEMBER 5, 1984.
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held in the Council
Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W. , Leesburg, Virginia on September 5, 1984
at 7:30 p.m. , pursuant to Notice thereof having been delivered to all Council
members prior thereto. Present were: Mayor Robert E Sevila, Councilmembers
Charles A. Bos, Arl Curry, Marylou Hill, Brian T. Kelley, Johm W. Tolbert, Jr.
and Charles J. Williams.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. On motion of Mr. Williams,
seconded by Mrs. Hill, Council voted unanimously to go into executive session
to discuss personnel matters, in accordance with Section 2.1-344(a) (1) of the
1950 Code of Virginia, as amended:
Aye: Councilmembers Bos, Curry, Hill, Kelley, Tolbert, Williams and
Mayor Sevila.
Nay: None.
On motion of Mr. Bos, seconded by Mr. Williams, Council reconvened at
11:02 p.m. No action was taken.
On motion of Mrs. Hill, seconded by Mr. Curry, Council voted unanimously
to adjourn the meeting at 11:12 p.m.
