A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
LOS ANGELES FOR THE ENFORCEMENT BY THE
SHERIFF OF THE CITY POLICE ORDINANCES
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City was incorporated on May
25, 1960, as a general law city of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has executed a General Services
Agreement with the County. of Los Angeles for the performance of
administrative affairs within the City by said departments and
agencies of the County of. Los Angeles,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The rayor and City Clerk of the City of Temple
City are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City an Agreement dated May 25, 1960, with the County of Los Angeles
for the enforcement by the Sheriff of the County of Los Angeles of all
City police ordinances within the area of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of May, 1960.
