A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN LEASE ON CITY HALL
1 WHEREAS, the City of Temple City became incorporated on
the 25th day of May, 1960, and
WHEREAS, arrangements have been made to lease the pre-
mises at 9664 E. Las Tunas Drive, Temple City, California, for
the purpose of a City Hall, from the owners, John F. Vokoun and Viola
M. Vokoun,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: The City Council does hereby approve the sign-
ing of a lease for the premises at 9664 E. Las Tunas Drive, Temple
City, California, at a rental of $225,00 per month commencing on
June 1, 1960,
SECTION 2; The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby,adthorized
to sign the said Lease,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of May, 1960.
