MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, MAY 5, 1986.
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on May 5, 1986 at
8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W. , Leesburg, Virginia
pursuant to Waiver of Notice having been signed by six members of Council.
Present were: Mayor Robert E. Sevila, Councilmembers Charles A. Bos, Arl Curry,
Brian T. Kelley, John W. Tolbert, Jr. and Charles J. Williams; also Town Manager
Jeffrey H. Minor and Deputy Town Attorney Deborah C. Welsh. Absent from the meet-
ing was Councilmember Hill.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Sevila. On motion duly made and
seconded, Council voted unanimously to go into executive session to discuss le-
gal matters, in accordance with Section 2. 1-344(a)(6) of the 1950 Code of Vir-
ginia, as amended.
Aye: Councilmembers Bos, Curry, Hill, Kelley, Tolbert and Mayor Sevila.
Nay: None.
Council reconvened, with no action taken. The meeting was unanimously ad-
journed.
