A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY PROVIDING FOR
ENFORCEMENT OF CITY HEALTH ORDINANCES,
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES WITH
RESPECT THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Temple City is hereby
authorized to execute, for and in behalf of the city of Temple City, a
contract with the County of Los Angeles providing for the enforcement
of City Health Ordinances in the City of Temple City. A true and
correct copy of said contract is attached hereto, reference to which
is hereby made.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of May, 1960.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of a Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Temple City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 25th
