MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, FEBRUARY 24, 1987.
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on February 24, 1987
at 6: 30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W. , Leesburg, Virginia
pursuant to Notice thereof having been sent to all councilmembers. Present were:
Mayor Robert E. Sevila, Councilmembers Arl Curry, Brian T. Kelley, Hunter M.
Leach, John W. Tolbert, Jr. and Charles J. Williams. Absent from the meeting
was Councilmember Jerry S. Pelkey.
Mayor Sevila stated that the purpose of this special meeting was to discuss
legal matters.
On motion of Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Kelley, it was proposed to go
into executive session to discuss legal matters, matters relating to the AADP' s
and personnel matters, pursuant to Sections 2. 1-344(6) and 2. 1-344(10 of theIII
1950 Code of Virginia as amended, with the following individuals present : Town
Manager, Director of Finance, Director of Utilities and Special Counsel Terry
Ney. The vote was as follows:
Aye: Councilmembers Curry, Kelley, Leach, Tolbert, Williams and Mayor
Sevila.
Nay: None.
Council reconvened at 9 p.m. , with no action taken in executive session. Dis-
cussion was confined to the issues cited above.
On motion of Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Tolbert , the meeting was ad-
journed.
