20. NOTICE OF AWARDThe National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWFI agrees to provide the NFWF Award to the NFWF Subrecipient for the purpose of satisfactorily performing the Project described in a full proposal as Identified on line 1 and Incorporated Into this Grant Agreement by reference. The NFWF Award Is provided on the condition that the NFWF Subrecipient agrees that it will raise and spend at least the amount listed on lines 15 and 16 in matching contributions on the Project, as applicable. The Project must be completed, with all NFWF funds and matching contributions spent, during the Period of Performance as set forth above. All items designated on the Cover Page and the Table of Contents are Incorporated into this Grant Agreement by reference herein. NFWF Subrecipient agrees to abide by all statutory or regulatory requirements, or obligations otherwise required by law, required of a subrecipient of Federal grant or cooperative agreement funds.
