Buseman moved to approve Vicki Tjepkes as Library Board Trustee. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Nathan Vogel presented the Public Works Report. Mark Wiltfang presented the Fire Department Report and an update on the Wellsburg Fire Association. Wendy Lage presented the Clerk’s Report. Discussion of Golf Cart and UTV ordinance. Don Moore, Ryken Engineering, presented information on the upcoming sewer project. He is working on maximum loads and degradation analysis. Van Heiden moved to reduce by half the utility bill at 201 2nd St. Buseman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Van Heiden moved to approve Resolution 07-2015 a resolution removing a street light on Kennedy Lane. Buseman seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Meyer moved to approve building permits for Andy Hackman and Steve Van Hamme. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Eilderts moved to adjourn the meeting. Buseman seconded the motion.
