MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL, JULY 11, 1987.
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was scheduled on July 11,
1987 at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W. pursuant
to Notice thereof having been delivered to all members on July 9, 1987. Pres-
ent were Councilmembers Arl Curry, Hunter M. Leach and Jerry S. Pelkey. All
other members were absent, thereby not establishing a quorom.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider proposed legislation to require
the construction of a connection of Heritage Way to Marshall Drive, a matter that
has been under discussion for several months .
Mr. Pelkey stated there is not a quorum, therefore, they cannot have a •
meeting and the issue cannot be considered today (the issue being the proposed
connection of Marshall Drive to Heritage Way) . The special meeting adjourned
with no discussion of rescheduling.
