Mr. Lovett stated that H.G.B.& DeY. were asked by George Reese to take a look at the waste water treatment plant because of the plant being in violation of EPD during the months of July and August for the past three years. The months of March and April are close to the limit also. it is not every day during those months that we go over the 1 million gallons a day. Bob said that he has done a study and we are at the 89 wastewater flow projection, with the upgrade it will last us for 20 years at 2 million gallons a day. Estimated cost for the upgrade would be in the amount of 4 million dollars. After much, discussion concerning the plant upgrade and how to pay for this project it was decided to meet with EPD and ask their advice on how to proceed.
