A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING MARJORIE
WOODRUFF A DEPUTY CITY CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Marjorie Woodruff is hereby employed as a
Deputy City Clerk to serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
SECTION 2. Marjorie Woodruff shall be paid the salary of
$417.00 per month for the first six months of her employment. She
shall receive a 5% increase in salary the second six months, and a
5% increase in each succeeding six months period to a maximum of
$516.00 per month.
SECTION 3'. Prior to Marjorie Woodruff assuming her full
time duties, she shall be paid at the hourly rate of $2.40 per hour
which hourly rate shall be the rate paid for any overtime worked
by Marjorie Woodruff.
SECTION 4, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution approved and adopted this 13th day of June, 1960.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was 1duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 13th day of June, 1960, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Buchan, Dickason, Merritt, Tyrell &
Fitzjohn
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
