The regular lioetin of the Fraser Town Jouncil was held Sept. 1, 1972
at the Fraser town Hall. ,,Peting wa cklled to order at 8:15 p.m. by
Layor FU.chard Leonard and found te following IErabers present:
Bill :'aYnard, Jaes linter, John Salazar, Steve T:orrow, Jary Morrow
and clerk Alta ieselluan.
Guest present were Gary l'unstead, Gary Bernbeck and Jensen.
Minutes of the last regular meeting were apnroved as read.

Moved by John 3alazar, 2nd Steve Morrow and carried that warrants
be allowed.
Mayor explained about the 12t1i Regional Flannin7 Couission
and some of the functions of this Com He appointed
Bill laynard and James Linter as members to represent the town.
Gary Bernbeck, Gary Tunstend and C.B. Jensen reported tkxty
t had met with the Denver Board of later BlxrFtissioners and
the Board would sell them the land. for the Golf Course (proposed)
if water can be obtained. Need letter to the effect that we
(the town) would or could furnish water to this area. Discussion
held. Toe town does have the water to furnish and if feasible
will 7al-wt it to them.
The 1973 bud[rcet was discussed. Property valuation for year is
:238,0)6.00. exoJajned some of the fi71)res as E ad
entered them. One additional income for 1973 would be the receipt
of our 2.9 sales tax revenue. D'stimated to be around 5,500.
An additional expenses from this fund would be the salary for one
man to maintain the streets and alleys for Jan. thru Tay and the
month of Dec. at 600.00 per n.or th. fhe aahltional expense of
operatin 7 the snow olow and mainta1nin7 it and the additional
insurance needed- In the water fund it was felt that if
possible we should 011 116 our allotments for 3ystems Operations
for labor and. supolles do to the need for extend in our water
mains to the new busjnesspr000sed and to a Ti ne of the Babey

Discussion held or combininp; water and sewer into one unit.
