Subject: Public Record Request - public meeting items 12 -12 -14
Dear Custodian of Records,
I have reviewed the records available online at Gulf- Stream.org related to the upcoming
Commission meeting scheduled for December 12, 2014. Unfortunately, some of the records are
not legible enough to read. Specifically the record of plans sheets A4.2 and LP1 of the VIENS
residence are mostly illegible.
In addition I wish to review any additional records to be made available to Commissioners for
this meeting so I may informatively speak at this meeting about issues related to these records.
Therefore, please see my public record request below.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely.
Chris O'Hare
