RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISH-
ING A PETTY CASH FUND
WHEREAS, The City of Temple City was incorporated as a gen-
eral law city of the State of California on the 25th day of May, 1960,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the efficient operation of the
City that the City Council establish a Petty Cash Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE City Council of the City of Temple City
does RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1: A petty cash fund of $100.00 is hereby established
SECTION 2: This fund shall be reimbursed periodically by
checks of the City of Temple City signed by the Mayor, Treasurer and
City Clerk made out to Marjorie Woodruff, the Custodian of said fund.
SECTION 3. This fund shall be expended by City Officials
for necessary and actual expenses incurred by them in the conduct of
City business.
SECTION 4. Accurate and complete records of all such ex-
penditure made from said fund shall be submitted by the City officials
to and retained by the Fund Custodian.
SECTION 5. This fund shall be subject to audit periodically
by the auditor of the City of Temple City.
