A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHOR-
IZING EMPLOYMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Manager is in need of assistance in speci-
al investigations in certain governmental matters, particularly in
the area of annexation, on a temporary basis, and
WHEREAS, Mostafa Rejai holds a degree in public administra-
tion, is currently studying for a master's degree, and is qualified
as a specialist to engage in governmental research and special invests.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is authorized to employ as
of June 27, 1960, Mostafa Rejai on a temporary basis as a specialist
to engage in special investigation and research.
SECTION 2. That Mr. ReJai's compensation shall be $2.50
per hour.
