RESOLUTION NO. 60 -50
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY REQUESTING ADDITIONAL LAW EN-
FORCEMENT SERVICES WITHIN THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY FROM THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT UNDER THE LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES
AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City,
pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Law Enforcement Services
Agreement, dated May 25, 1960, and entered into by and between the
County of Los Angeles and the City of Temple City, does hereby re-
quest the County of Los Angeles, through the County Sheriff's De-
partment, to provide additional law enforcement services, said ser-
vices being in addition to those heretofore requested by the Law En-
forcement Services Agreement.
SECTION 2. In addition to the General Law Enforcement ser-
vices now being provided to the City of Temple City pursuant to the
Law Enforcement Services Agreement, the City Council hereby requests
three -wheel motor -cycle service.
SECTION 3. It is hereby requested that the Board of Super-
visors or its designated agent or agency approve and authorize the per-
formance of services requested in this resolution, subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Law Enforcement Services Agreement
dated May 25, 1960.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified
copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, . to
the County Sheriff's Office, and to the Chief Administrative Office,
County of Los Angeles.
