MAY 28, 1948
Pursuant to a call therefor by the Mayor, a special meeting
of the Council of Bal Harbour Village was held at 4:00 otclock P. M.
on the 28th day of May, 1948. There were present the following
Councilmen:
Messrs: Bonneau, Grahas., fir., 'Whit+..aker, and Southerland.
Mr. Soatherland, the Mayor, presided. He stated that Cour.c'.Jman
Massnick had moved his residence from Florida, and had tender+eo ,,<+
resignation as a member of the c,:::::;. of Hai barbeur Village, and
his resignation had been ac^ei,ted, any; the. µta•iocaue of this aped al
meting was to rlect his success. r.
Tsereuyou, it was moved b, Mr. Whit,.ek,ea, and seconded by
Mr. Robert C. Graham, Jr., that Mr. William V. :Anions who owns a
home in bal harbour Village, and is a resident of the Village, be
elected a member of the Council to fill the vacancy created by the
resignation of Mr. Massnick, to nerve the unexpired term of 'v.
Massnick. The motion was carried.
There being no further business before the meeting on motion

A regular meeting of the Bal Harbour Village Council was held
June 25, 1948 at 8:00 P. M. in the Administration Building.
There were present the following councilmen.: Messrs. Bonneau,
