RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF TEMPLE CITY TO HONOR ALL CHECKS,
DRAFTS AND WARRANTS WHEN BEARING SIG-
NATURE OF GODFREY LUMSDON, DEPUTY CITY
TREASURER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City did
on May 25, 1960, adopt Resolution No. 60 -32, being a "Resolution
of the City Council of the City of Temple City authorizing and
Directing the Security First National Bank of Temple City to
Honor All Checks and Drafts and Warrants When Bearing Certain
Signatures," and
WHEREAS, the City Council determines that it is necessary
for the efficient administration that Godfrey Lumsdon be autho-
rized to execute all checks, drafts and warrants in addition
to those certain persons specified in said Resolution No. 60 -32.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Security First National Bank of Temple City
as a designated depositary of the City of Temple City, be and it is
hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor all checks, drafts,
warrants or other orders for the payment of money drawn in the name
of the City of Temple City on all its accounts when bearing or pur-
porting to bear the manual signature of the Deputy City Treasurer,
Godfrey Lumsdon, or such other person as shall be designated Deputy
City Treasurer by the City Council of the City of Temple City; when
such signature is in lieu of the City Treasurer.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting thereof held on the llth day of July, 1960, by the following
vote of the Council.
AYES: Councilmen- Buchan, Dickason, Merritt, Tyrell & Fitzjohn
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
