Those i n attendance were Monty Parks, John Branigin, Barry Brown and Nancy DeVetter. Also attending were Shawn Gillen, City Manager and Jan LeViner, Clerk of Council. Shawn Gillen:  Budgeted the amount but did not allocate.  Waivers were discussed John Branigin:  In reviewing, most requests were for spring and summer. Most event have come and gone.  Recommended with the exception of MLK, need to make the whole on non-parade events  No discussions of parades  Post Theater is asking for dollars for waivers Monty Parks:  Some aren’t event related  Need to look at those who need now Nancy  Bring back for next budget cycle.  If any event related – deny and bring back in March Non-profit Consideration  Fresh Air Home $0.00  Tybee Island Maritime Academy $20,000  Tybee Beautification $2,000 Plus waivers �� Tybee Arts Association $2,000 Plus waivers �� Yeepies $575 �� Irish Heritage $-0- �� Tybee Festival Association $0.00 �� Tybee MLK $600 �� Tybee Clean Beach Volunteers $2,000 �� Friends of Cockspur Lighthouse $0.00 �� Equality Fest $0.00 �� American Legion Waivers were granted �� Garden Club Waivers were granted �� Island Feral Cat No request this year �� Rising Tyde Food Pantry No request this year �� Farmers Market Waivers were granted �� Historical Society No request this year �� Friends of Tybee Post Theater Recommended to review and revise their submission to be more specific and come back to Mayor and Council �� Marine Science Center Recommended to review and revise their submission to be more specific and come back to Mayor and Council ACTION ITEMS �� Monty: Recommended agenda item to waive all fees for non- profits  will come back on the January 28th meeting. �� Second meeting in January 2021  Marine Science Center to come before Mayor and Council to give a reports as well as new submission �� Second meeting in February  Tybee Post Theater to come before Mayor and Council to give a report as well as new submission Monty Parks made a motion to adjourn.
