A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY IN RE AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT DEEDS OR
GRANTS TO THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AS REQUIRED BY
SECTION 27281 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE AND DESIGNAT-
ING CERTAIN OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AS AGENTS OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATES OF
ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS OR GRANTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority granted in Section
27281 of the Government Code, 195.9 Amendment, the City Manager of
the City of Temple City, upon the written approval of the City Attor-
hey noted thereon, is hereby authorized to accept and consent to the
recordation of any deed or grant conveying any interest in or ease-
ment upon real property to the City of Temple City.
SECTION 2. Said acceptance and consent shall be in the
form of a Certificate of Acceptance which certificate shall be in
the form and manner as follows:
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property con-
veyed by the within deed or grant to the City of Temple City, a gov-
ernmental agency, is hereby accepted under authority of Resolution
No. 60 -56 of the City of Temple City adopted by the City Council of
said City on July 11, 1960, and the Grantee consents to the recorda-
tion thereof by its duly authorized officer.

SECTION 3: It is further ordered that the above Resolution
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 11th day of July, 1960, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Buchan, Dickason, Merritt, Tyrell & Fitzjohn
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: :Councilmen -None
