SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF APRIL 21, 1993
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on April 21, 1993, at 6:45 p.m., in the
second floor councilmember's meeting room, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia. Notice having been
delivered to all members of the Town Council prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues
relating to the Potomac River water intake plant/River Creek. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor.

The Council adjourned at 7:25 p.m., and reconvened at 7:30 p.m., in the Loudoun County Board of
Supervisor's meeting room, 18 North King Street, Leesburg, Virginia to continue discussions on this matter.
Councilmember Trocino was present at this meeting.

On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
