WHEREAS, it has been deterinined that it is now necessary to appro- priate more money than was appropriated in the annual budSet. TIOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana: SECTION 1, That for the e.,penses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appro- priated and ordered set apart out of the several appro- priations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY 2000 - Supplies $ 16,213 $ 16,213 SECTION 2. [�Ihereas, it has been shown that certain existing appro- priations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is .further ordained that the following existing appro- priations be reduced in the following amounts: MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY 1000 - Personal Services S 16,213 $ 16,213 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and sifter its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
