CITY CLERK
Dear Mr. Elstro:
It is necessary to request a transfer of funds within the Clerk's
Office in the amount of $300.00. This transfer will be taken from the
Travel Budget and put into the Supply Budget to pay for Office Supplies
and for new stationary. The stationary will hopefully be a large one
time purchase and will not be necessary each and every year.
Respectfully,
Mary Merchanthouse
City Clerk
