SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 10, 1993
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town' Council was held on November 10, 1993, at
4:30 p.m., in the second floor Councilmember's meeting room, 25 West Market Street.
Notice having been delivered to all members of the Council prior thereto. The purpose
of the meeting was to discuss Harper Park.

Director of Engineering and Public Works Thomas A. Mason
Engineer II Calvin Grow
Mr. Tompkins addressed the Council reviewing the staff report.
Mr. Banzhaf was present on behalf of the applicant and addressed Mr. Tompkins' points.
MOTION
Councilmember Atwell made a motion to table any action on Harper Park until after
meeting with the Board of Supervisors.
The motion was seconded by Councilmember Umstattd.

Aye: Councilmembers Atwell, Blake, Trocino, Umstattd, Webb and Mayor Clem
Nay: None
Absent: Bange

On motion of, and duly seconded the meeting was adjourned.
