SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF DECEMBER 16~ 1993
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council and the Loudoun County Land Use Committee was
held on December 16, 1993, at 6:30 p.m., at the Loudoun County Board of Supervisor's room, 18 North King
Street. Notice having been delivered to all members of the Council prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting
was to discuss Harper Park.

A presentation was made by the County staff updating the status of the Harper Park rezoning.
Mayor Clem also presented an update of the Town Council's action on the rezoning.
Mr. Brown and Ms. Seit, fried supplemented the Mayor's report.
Comments were made by various board members. Chairman Dodson forwarded any action to the January
20, 1994, Land Use Committee.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
