WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for Social Security and PERF. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richm ond, Wayne County, Indiana: SECTION 1. Councilman Parker moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and or Bred filed, seconded by Councilman Hankinsou , and on voice vote the motion was carried.
