SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF MAY 25, 1994
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Coun~U was held on May 25, 1994, at 6:00 p.m., in the second floor
Councilmember's meeting room, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia. Notice having been delivered to all
members prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the use of ISTEA funds for land acquisition.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Clem.

Also present was Senator Waddell, Bob Casada and Councilmember-elect Frank Buttery, Jr.
Mr. Casada addressed the Council stating that the Committee really liked the project and that the Council should
apply by spring for the Balls Bluff project.
MOTION
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
