Nederhoff moved to approve Resolution 07-2013-2 a Resolution authorizing and approving a Loan Agreement, approving Bond Purchase Agreement, and providing for the issuance and securing
the payment of $690,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds, series 2013. Werkman seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried.
Buseman moved to adjourn. Werkman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
