RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS PHASE
FOUR PAY ESTIMATE #1
WHEREAS: City Council awarded Metro Pavers, Inc. the contract for the construction of
Trails Phase Four. Bid let by the Iowa Department of Transportation, STP—E- 7662(609) -8V-
52.
WHEREAS: Metro Pavers, Inc. has now presented a partial payment for (16 %) for the
amount of payment for $27,244.50.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor
and the City Clerk to make payment on the estimate #1 and sign appropriate forms.
At a special meeting of City Council on the 28th day of September 2011 Resolution 2011 -46

FOUR PAY ESTIMATE #lwas introduced by Councilperson Chris Ball and made a motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Travis Weipert.
AYES: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert
NAY: None
ABSENT: Mike Gericke
WHEREUPON with: Four votes for approval, Mayor Phillips now declares Resolution 2011 -46
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS PHASE
FOUR PAY ESTIMATE # 1 passed and confirms this action by affixing his signature.
