SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 30, 1994
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Friday, September 30, 1994 at
Carradoc Hall Ramada Inn, 1500 East Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia. The purpose of the meeting
was to conduct a Council worksession. Notice having been delivered to all members of the Leesburg
Town Council prior thereto. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Clem.
