RESOLUTION NO. 60 -65
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY PERTAINING TO THE DESIGNATION
OF PERSONNEL TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATES OF
ACCEPTANCE ON DEEDS OR GRANTS ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY: AND DESIGNATING
CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATES OF ACCEPTANCE OF THESE
DEEDS OR GRANTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRO-
VISIONS OF SECTION 27281 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor, Merrill J. Fitzjohn, the City Clerk,
William Woollett, Jr., and the Deputy City Clerk, Marjorie A. Woodruff,
and severally authorized as agents of the City of Temple City to accept
and consent to the recordation of any deed or grant conveying any in-
terest in or easement upon real property to said City.
SECTION 2. The accepting agent shall attach to the deed or
grant so accepted and consented to, his certificate of acceptance,
which certificate of acceptance shall be substantially in the follow-
ing form:
"This is to certify that the interest in real
property conveyed by the within deed or grant
to the City of Temple City, a political cor-
poration and /or governmental agency, is here-
by accepted by order of the City Council on
, and the
Month Day Year
grantee consents to the recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer.

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and deliver a certified copy to the office of the
County Recorder.
