WHEREAS, the Common Council for the City of Richmond, Indiana approved the sewer use rates passed by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District of the City of Richmond, Indiana in the Council"s Amended Ordinance No. 9-1984; and WHEREAS, amended Ordinance 9-1984 reflected a decrease in the original proposed sewer usage rates; and WHEREAS, the decrease in sewer usage rates as reflected in amended Ordinance 9-1984 did not take into account the proportional decrease in the rate affecting unmetered water users; and WHEREAS, it is now necessary to amend amended Ordinance No. 9-1984 to reflect the proportional decrease in the rate accorded unmetered water users. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, SECTION I That resolution number 9-1984 of the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana which amends the sewer usage charge for unmetered water users be incorporated into amended Ordinance No. 9-1984 and be made a part of that ordinance.
