HomeMy Public PortalAbout062-1984 - TRANSFER WITHIN THE AIRPOT FUNDTRANSFER ORDINANCE NO. 62-1984 AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE AIRPORT FUND WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED AIRPORT 1000-Personal Serviies $ 765.00 $ 765.00 SECTION 2. Whereas, it has been shoran that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED REDUCED AIRPORT 3000-Other Services & Charges $ 265.00 $ 265.00 4000-Capital Outlays 500.00 500.00 TOTAL $ 765.00 $ 765.00 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the lags of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations. EXCERPTS OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City May 21, 1984 at the hour of 7130 P.M. ' Councilman Elstro presided with the following members present: Messrs. Williams , Brookcbank Hankinson , Whitesell , Parker Bodiker , Morris Absent: Lemoine , The following business was had, to -wit:. - (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of Public Law 54 and Saidnotices stated that a public hearing would be held on the day of , by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in Ordinance No. 62-1984 , within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman_ moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded by Councilman , and on voice vote the motion was carried.
