WHEREAS, it has been determined -that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the expenses of the Department of Economic Development for the year ending December 31, 1984. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana: SECTION 1.
