A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Tuesday, January 17, 1995, at 6:00
p.m., in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Vir~nia. Notice having been delivered
to all members of the Leesburg Town Council prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss
the proposed settlement of a lawsuit and acceptance of a sanitary sewer easement fi.om Arcadia
Development. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Clem.

Ms. Welsh briefed the Council on the proposed settlement.
MOTION
On motion of; and duly seconded, the following resolution was proposed and adopted.
95-14 - RESOLUTION - ACCEPTING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FROM ARCADIA
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND A STORMWA~R EASEMENT FROM NANCY
O'CONNOR
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The attached sanitary sewer easement described in Plat Number F-1361, dated
August 23, 1994, entitled "Plat Showing Sanitary Sewer Easement - Arcadia Development Company
Property" is hereby accepted.
SECTION II. The attached stormwatcr easement described in Plat Number F-1360, dated
August 24, 1994, revised October 20, 1994, entitled "Plat Showing Storm Drainage Easement on the
O'Connor Property" is hereby accepted.
