AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF ALL ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS, I.C. 36-4-7-1 et seq. provides for the fixing of annual compensation
of elected City Officers.
NOW THEREFOR BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDI.ANA:
SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1985 and ending
December 31, 1985, the following elected officers of the City of
Richmond, Indiana shall receive the following compenstion;
including compensation received from Richmond Power & Light.
Mayor $32,888.00
City Clerk 17,505.00
President of
Common Council 2,758.00
Chairman of RP&L
Board of Directors 2,758.00
Each member of Common
Council 2,546.00
Each member of RP&L
Board of Directors 2,546.00

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, that the Common Council, of said 'Municipal Corporation at their
regular meeting place at 7:30 O'clock P.M. on the 16th day of July, 1984,
will consider the fixing of annual compensations of elected City Officers
under I.C. 36-4-7-1 Et Seq., for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1985
and ending December 31, 1985, as follows:'
