NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana: SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1985 and ending December 31, 1985, the following appointed officers and employees of the City of Richmond, Indiana shall receive the following salaries for the positions.
