AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 92.03 OR THE RICHMOND CITY
CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Richmond
that Section 92.02 of the Richmond City Code be amended
as follows;
By striking the second sentence of paragraph (g) which reads
"His appointment shall continue during good behavior
and satisfactory service, and he shall not be removed
from office except for cause after public trial."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, this ?a day of 1984.
