AN ORDINANCE TO REDUCE WITHIN THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have
unobligated balance which will not be needed for the purposes for which
appropriated;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIC MOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the following existing appropriations be reduced in the
following amount
AMOUNT AMOUNT
REQUESTED REDUCED
MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND
1000 - Personal Services 3,100. 3,100.
4000 - Capital Outlays 20,000. 20,000.
TOTAL $23,100. $23,100.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the Nfayor and is subject to the laws of the State
of Indiana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
